My baby boy is 6 weeks old. He is both breast fed and formula fed since I take antidepressants and cannot feed him for 4 hours. He was pooping regularly till last week. Last week he was straining to poop and didn't poop for 2 days. Then when he pooped, the stool was hard. Now again he has not pooped in 3 days. He is straining and turning red while trying to poop. What should I do now? Can I eat something to help him poop. I massaged his stomach to help him but it was of no use. Please help.
