Hi, My baby 6.5 months old getting blood in stools while passing hard stools. Kindly suggest what type of food to be given for this constipation problem. Pls help.

Give atleast 100ml of water per day. Offer oats banana porridge, ragi porridge Boiled and mashed peas. Prune puree, apple puree, boiled apricots, boiled vegetables
