5 year old having cough from 2 months and also some times runny nose from past 3 months..please tell which test should take?

You can do only CBC, ALLERGY IF YOU ARE VERY PARTICULAR , STOOL TEST. I always give Indian herbs. Don't forget immunization. Good nutrition,Exercises good ventillation,and healthy emotional health.
