5 month old daughter loose stool

Hi my daughter had an stomach infection for which she was given antibiotic course along with zn20 and entrogermina.5 days course is complete,but still she is passing stool 4 to 5 times a day.image of the stool attached.She is completely on formula feed,on aptamil gold stage 1.I have been to three doctors.what to do next?how long it will continue,its been six days

The loose stools might take time to subside, just continue zinc for total 14 days. Probiotics for few more days. The episodes should gradually come down, and stools will become firmer. If she is better, need not worry much.
Next Steps
Watch for increase in episodes/ blood or mucus in stools/ fever etc in child. Consult incase of these.

Sometimes loose stools may take till 14 days to stop Need not worry if no blood in stools and taking orally well
