I'm facing IBS problem from 3 years and usinh 4k peg powder which actually works but when i stop usage i face constipation again can i use these medicine foe long term. or lifetime?

Diet is a very important factor. With correction in diet use of MEDICINES can be DECREASED SIGNIFICANTLY. Discuss in details to understand the diet. Fibre based MEDICINES are better and may be helpful if correct diet is FOLLOWED.
