My baby boy born 4 days ago, he is doing yellow hard stool in potty. pls suggest what to do? is this normal?

baby can pass stool in different consistency and frequency... It could be due to dehydration as mother may be lactating less milk or due to the formula milk (if the baby, has been given that) It happens.. Just make sure to feed the baby at regular 2-3 hour intervals.
