4 week pregnancy , 0.67 cm sack

Hi doc my gestation sack is 0.67 cm and yolk sac is also there doct said it is less than 5 weeks by ultrasound when will the foetal pole will get developed i have pcod and thyroid problem so is the matter of concern??? Please advise
