38 wk pregnant thick white discharge

38 wk pregnant..today  morning thick white yellowish jelly like discharge while washing vaginal area..but since morning no increase in discharge..is it sign of labour...should i report to doctor or wait for discharge to increase

No need only if I develop contractions u can go.discharge is normal at term
