38 week 7.5 AFI & 135 heart rate

Hi, baby movement were noticed suddenly low ,after checkup we got to know that AFI is low around 7.4 and heart rate is 135, No crevix open yet,Baby head down position,shall we wait for one week or take decision to induce labor in next 2-3 days ?
