Hi I m 35 weeks pregnant. I m suffering with external piles from last 4days is it common in pregnancy? Do they affect my baby I m very much tensed by this one. Before pregnancy I don't have any piles and my right breast is also so much painful. Please help me out are this symptoms common in pregnancy as this is my first pregnancy.
