33 weeks 2 days pregnancy contraction

Hi I am 33 weeks 2 days pregnant. From past 2 days I am having upper belly tightness, and at the same time the baby is almost protruding outside my belly. When I am having this feeling my heart rate also increases. Currently I am having no pain other than leg cramps. Is this a concern?

Not a matter of concern Looks normal Leg cramps are a sign of vit b 12 n vit d deficiency Get their levels checked
