I have been diagnosed with 32x33x33mm (vol 18.9 cc) Hemorrhagic Cyst in right ovary. My periods have been regular meaning I get them every month for 4 days with cycle length of 30-35days. I feel little pain sensation sometimes and consulted gynaecologist for it. I have been prescribed with Krimson 35 for 21 days for 3 cycles. I am a gym freak and love working out intensively. Is there a risk if I continue to workout? I have heard about ovarian torsion and quite afraid of it. This is causing stress-buildup and would like some help from experts on what workouts to be followed and if the treatment is okay and also if this is something serious.
