Is 250-300 ml milk and one meal (either cerelac Or fruit puree around 20 gm) enough for the entire day for 6 and half months old daughter?

Give atleast 3 meal if breast feeding and 5 feeds if not breast feeding at regular intervals.Quantity if milk not important but quality of food matters .
