Hi, my age is 32, married from last 3.5 year, I have been trying to conceive from last 1.5 years, I have a history of MTP at 6 months after marriage, I was diagnosed with endometriosis cyst in June 2019, this cyst was removed by laproscopy surgery in July 2019, after that I have concieved in month of October but miscarried at 6 th week, after that I m trying to conceive with the help of ovolution induction letrozol drug and timed intercourse, also did 1 Iui in the month of March which got failed, and 2 and IUI in the month of May which also got failed, my AMH is 1.21, my doctor is suggesting to me to opt for IVF as according to her conception is not happening due to low ovarian reserve, should I opt for IVF? Or continue IUI treatment? Is 1.21 amh causes low ovarian reserve or poor quality eggs?

With your endometriosis history and surgery, egg quality is low and also quantity is low, IVF is the treatment indicated for your case. In the current scenario if you want to plan IVF some months later and you want to use these months to plan pregnancy,If tubes are open and husband's semen analysis is normal, you can try one last IUI with ovarian stimulation using gonadotropins ( low dose). Also you will need to start supplements for low ovarian reserve. And also lifestyle modifications with diet rich in antioxidants and other nutrients to make your body pregnancy ready.
