I have tested for 27th week 1hr gct which is 220 at 12weeks it was 140. Should i take medication or manage by lifestyle modification I follow very strict diet..

U need diabetic diet N walk 45 min Check fasting n post prandial after a week If sugar levels are deranged medication wud initiated Get ur hba1c levels checked
