Both twins had low-risk results in the double marker test. In the NT scan at 13 weeks, Twin A had a slightly increased NT and was considered intermediate risk, while Twin B had normal NT and was low risk. In the 22-week anomaly scan: • Twin A has a mildly prominent left lateral ventricle measuring 8.4 mm (right: 7.1 mm), but the corpus callosum (26 mm) and vermis (12 mm) are normal. • Twin B has a hypoplastic nasal bone (3.2 mm and 1.9 mm on both sides).
