I am 20weeks pregnant but today I faced vaginal bleeding. Can you please suggest what may me the cause.

multiple reasons are there for antepartum haemorrhage kindly contact your doctor immediately bleeding in pregnancy is not normal

It can be the placental separation  and you may be going in to threatened Abortion  Meet your obstetrician, and get ultrasound done to know the viability and the fetal well being Take rest adequately and no exertions.

It can be due to threatened abortion or infection. Plz due an ultrasound scan urgently and see a gynaecologist.
