2 yr old got a minor cut through iron

Hi, my 2 yr old daughter , while playing, took an iron hook in her mouth and got a little hurt inside her mouth. Though there was no blood , she cried a lot for few mins, which means there was a minor cut. Should I get her a tetanus injection? She had all her vaccinations in the past.

No need to vaccinate if vaccination os up to date for 1.5yr, just give pcm syp for pain
