My kid is 2.2 yr old and since 4 days he is not at all eating solid food. Not even semi solid. Only drinking milk.he likes to drink only water and not even liking juice. He has high fever and reduced yesterday after giving meftal. But still not eating solid food and has some sore throat while crying. Please suggest if throat pain and Infection and what I can give to reduce faster. Thank you.
