Hello Try to conserve it till 6 yrs because it maintains space for permanent teeth which comes out in between 7-8 yrs but if mostly part of tooth is lost then go for extraction followed by space maintainer ( appliance).

Now if it has been removed then make sure proper space maintainer is given because permanent tooth will come around 7 years and there will be space loss

The two year old could have a broken teeth because of many reasons. If it’s not a fall, then baby bottle or nursing tooth decay can cause teeth to break halfway, roots still inside. It’s not advisable to remove the tooth so early as it can cause several problems ahead.
