2 months old baby

My baby girl is two months old. She is farting a lot and pooping only once a day. After the feed her stomach is making noises like running water. She threw up once at night in the past two days. However, she is facing no discomfort, feeding well and is not fussy. She is exclusively breastfed. Kindly let me know whether I should be concerned?

There is no need to worry. Baby has infantile colic, which is normal at this age. If the baby is passing stools normally, gaining weight there is nothing to worry. If she is fussy , you can do some exercises for her like back massage, tummy time, gentle flexion of limbs upto chest.
Next Steps
Can start Cholicaid drops 2 drops three times a day
