Fever is considered when armpit temp is above 100.4F or 36.8C
However best way to measure temp in infant is by rectal thermometer (but is an invasive method)
Usually child below 6 months who are breastfed rarely have fever.
But if you record above 100F, then better consult a doctor
Red flag signs are fever, not taking feeds, irritable or lethargic, decreased urine frequency, fast or noisy breathing
