Single intrauterine gestation sac is seen with good decidual reaction. Fetal Pole is Seen. Yolk sac is seen. CRL measures : 6 weeks 0 days (0.33cm) Fetal Heart Rate : Not yet seen Gestational Age (LMP) : 7 weeks 2 days LMP : 17 Jan 2022 Internal OS is closed. Cervical length measuring 3.5 cms

Ideally cardiac activity should have appeared by this time. But sometimes there is delayed conception. As g sac, yolk sac and Fetal pole are there, wait for 2 weeks and then repeat the ultrasound.
Next Steps
Repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks.
