Hello, sugar can be controlled not cured. Diet n EXCERSIE are most useful in this. So CONSULT a DIETICIAN for seven days menus.brisk walk twenty minutes morning and evening regular. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.no sweet even in tea. No mango as it's seasonal FRUITS. Consume JAMUN, COLLECT seeds PROPERLY wash n dry them. Crush n take one TEASPOON FULL in morning empty stomach. Lady finger to clean PROPERLY three only, made a cut in length of lady finger dip it in a glass of water n put a lid overnight. Take it in morning empty stomach the sticky element is very useful in control of diabitic patient. Shive that water than take. CONSULT a DIABITOLOGIST/ endocrinologist.ok.

Single test of blood glucose is not diagnostic. Need 3 tests with atleast 3 days apart and hba1c is required. If you are diabetic, then one month medicine is not enough. You need to be on regular treatment
Next Steps
take consultation for further follow up.

Your reports are predicting diabetes. You should talk to doctor about your clinical condition so that it can be cleared whether you require medicine or not. You can take consultation with me for further information and prescription. You should get a hba1c also.
