My 18 months baby boy watching tv with his head and eyes tilted to right side. What could be the reason? Shall I wait till he get older? Ophthalmologist said he is normal let's see until 4.5yrs age..is that okay?

I think he needs an  ophthalmologist opinion again .  This is suggestive of a squint . Child may be tilting head to suppress a double image forming due to the squint
