18 month old baby boy having cough
Hello doctor ,
From past 2 days my son having cold and cough. We are giving Relent syp 2,5ml but not helping him. I can hear his breathing sound while sleeping. Please help us. 8 month back same thing happened and we admitted him for 4 days dur to Acute bronchitis. This time we are really worried. His food intake is normal. Active and weight is 12.1kg.
His face look dull otherwise he is active.
