I am 15 weeks pregnant, however still having high vomits, dizziness and sometimes BP reduces to 90/50. Is there any concern, please suggest.

Take plenty of Water and ORS. Vomitting may be due to increased beta-HCG or Gastritis. Tab. Doxinate-Plus 10mg 1tab SOS. Antacid Syrup may be taken.
