My child is 15 month old and currently she is having cold and cough. I'm unsure about the correct dosage of attarax for this age. What would be the appropriate dose.

For cold - Give Syp sinarest af - 1.2 ml thrice daily for 3 days Maintain hydration Put nasal drops - in nose for nose block.
