Hello today i got my baby vaccinated for 14th week, it was painless vaccination still he seems to b in some pain as well as in evening he got 100 F fever, please suggest if its normal as im very worried.

Painless vaccination or less pain vaccination? Actually there is two brands available which are equally efficacious having same components. But some parents complain of occasional pain and/or fever with one of these brands. So give paracetamol drops sos. It will improve soon.
