My wife is now 14 weeks pregnant NT scan shows Tricuspid Regurgitation same day we done double marker test result shows normal .what can do next ? We are so much worries.its second pregnancy...

It can be isolated heart lesion not associated with any anomaly Go for early anomaly scan if normal then go for fetal 2d echo later on
