14 week old baby is exclusively breastfeed. He is sleeping more than usual from yesterday. He sleeps for 4 hours continously in morning and night. Is awake for 4hrs in total. Is this normal?

If baby feeding well, passing urine and stool 5-7 times a day and playing in between. It is normal
