Hi Doctors, my baby is 13 month old but still have no teeth. I heard that we need to wait till 18 months. My question is shall I continue giving him vitamin D drops and iron drops which doctor prescribed till 1 year of age? Will that help in getting teeth?
Delayed dentition is defined as failure of eruption of teeth beyond 13 months
If your child teeth fails to appear beyond this time, check for thyroid function test , growth hormone deficiency and vit d deficiency
Meanwhile continue calcium and vit d supplements
