Hi doc i am 12 week 3 days pregnant , in my ultrasound it came as posterior low lying placenta , what is that?? Anything serious ?? What precautions i should take

Hiiii ...low lying placenta at 12wks is pretty common..it ll eventually go up.... Mean while you take precautions like.. avoiding heavy lifting, abstinence,little bed rest
