11mm radio opeque density at left pelvis

I have a pain at lower abdomen, I gone through Ultrasound scan and X-ray of KUB. Both kidneys are normal in scan but in x ray 11mm radio opeque density observed in left pelvis. Pls suggest me

a ct scan would help you the confirm the diagnosis that stone present or not and also would  help in planning for treatment. you shoukd check you serum creatine level and urinalysis. Beside you should check routine blood reports. I hope you have already consulted any urologist and hope to see those repots , so that any conclusive treatment can be advised to you. best wishes

It needs surgery. Most of kidney stone surgeries are done via endoscopy

The stone is stuck in the passage and is obstructing the way for urine to pass and causing back pressure and hence pain You will be needing a endoscopic surgery for this( no cut, with laser)

Get NCCT-KUB done. If CT shows a similar sized stone then u ll need to get it removed. To understand further details about the procedure consult any Urologist online or in person
