11mm calculi in the bladder
She was getting too much pain before passing urine & afterwords also. Urine test was done. As noticed UTI, gave Iftha 100mg for 5 days. Pain did not come down. So got ultrascan of abdomen. Noticed the stone in the bladder. As we don't want to go for surgery, suggest symptomatic treatment. Also kidney partially functioning. Thanks, Desikan
Bladder stone keeps on bothering as it may cause voiding problems, repeated infections as it is a focus of infection.
Endoscopic surgery is the ideal treatment. At times urinary passage ( urethra) is also narrow that's why even small stone can't come out.
If don't want any surgery and she is having bothersome symptoms...we need to put a catheter for easy drainage of urine...
