11 weeks pregnant and no symptoms

Dear doctor, I m 11 weeks pregnant and actually I m suffering firm NO SYMPTOMS... Neither m feeling like vomiting, constipation, tiredness etc nor I m feeling like hungry. I m feeling like I completely normal girl. I m only gaining weight.. Is there anything to worried about pregnancy??
