I have completed 11 weeks of pregnancy it's an natural conception. From 2 days I observed clear watery discharge with no foul smell. I'm worried what is it and if anything worriesome.

It would be my advice to visit a gynaecologist for for speculum examination and for further management. It could be nothing or it could be infection which cannot be ruled out only on the basis of your history.

Discharge in pregnancy is common. But it needs to be checked for infection. Kindly get it examined.
