My son have 5 years old. He is suffering from fever from last 4 days. Temperature shown 103. Please help me.

Get investigation CBC malaria ag dengue ns 1 urine routine and blood culture

You must get him physically examined by a pediatrician. Also get the required investigation done. In the mean time continue to give syp paracetamol for each episode of fever.
