Hello! I have persistent fever of 100C since a week which is not going down even after taking paracetamol (thrice a day) and Azithromycin. Other symptoms include loss of appetite and weakness. Covid test is negative. Please respond to my problem based on the given history I am 62 years old woman. It will be very thankful to you for this act of kindness!
