10 weeks pregnant and having bleeding

My wife is pregnant with 10 weeks and suddenly she started having spotting and bleeding in the morning. We went to our regular gynaecologist. We have done the scan and everything looks okay heart beat 161, sac growth is as per the date we could see baby in the scan except the fact that the doctor suggested it's subchorionic hemorrhage detected with size 2.5*0.5 i have read many articles but I am not assured that everything is fine. Could someone help and let me know if everything is normal.
Your scan shows normal heart rate so that good , the subchorionic bleed can be dissolved with progesterone support .she should also have bestest and avoid coitus . if bleeding increases she should be taken immediately to the hospital otherwise bedrest n proper medicines should take care of the hemorrhage .a repeat scan can be done at a later date to check for dissolution .
