10 weeks baby vaccination

Our baby boy has 10weeks vaccination today. Is it good to take vaccination in government hospital? But we heard there would be a swell in baby after taking it. There was no swell when he had 6weeks vaccination in private hospital. Please suggest which hospital is better for our baby. Is the swell after vaccination common in babies.
