10 days periods after follicle study

I am on letroz medicine for TTC and on follicle study, my last 17th day measure was 12*9 mm left ovary follicle with ET 6mm and follicle size was constant thought out 10th, 12th, 14th and 17th only ET showed increase in no. I had my last period on 8th May and now I am 10 days for periods. Please tell what to do.
