Hi, delay in appearance of your menses might be due to strenous exercise like volley ball...overexercise might lead to delay in menses...or it might be due to PCOD POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME...it is a common disorder among the females...so u should take a USG PELVIS to diagnose this....
Next Steps
visit a qualified homoeopath

Slight vaginal odour is normal but strong odour like fish might be abnormal and could indicate a problem. It may cause by bacterial, Trichomoniasis, Chlamydia and gonorrhea infections. Some times it may odour due to sweating, poor hygiene, etc. Such cases are very effectively managed by homoeopathic physician. Please consult your doctor.

In majority of the cases irregular menses are accredited to hormonal imbalance, but in some cases it may be pathological and secondary to some pathology of ovaries mostly. Now if you want to regularized the menses then you must establish permanent balanced first and this can be achieved only with homoeopathy.
Next Steps
In modern medicine we get only a hormonal support with a very temporary relief. But in homoeopathy you can strike the hormonal balance permanently which later on also give you regular menses even if you stop the medicine.
Health Tips
Maintain your lifestyle and diet.

Stress and anxiety can cause delayed menses. One episode of delayed menses dosent mean much. Assuming that you are sexually inactive there is nothing to worry about. Try to relax a bit. If it happens repeatedly then get a USG done.
