1 month 99.0 temperature and body pain
Past one month everyday i have 99 armpit temperature extreme body pain bone and muscle pain
Nose block at nigh
Very hard sneeziing dry then mucus comes white
Heart rate constantly more than 98 and walking 115
Sitting also 99 heart rate
I feel unwell and discomfort out of breath at times with little bit of work
Headache

B12 197 (i took b12 injections 5 doses completed last week)
Vit d 21 (done with 4 doses of 60k)
Tsh 0.32 (t3 t4 normal) antibodies both positive hyper nad hypo

Fasting 120
Cholesterol 201
Kidney fine
Liver slightky gamma high rest normal
Platelets high
GERd from 15 years on sompraz 40
What is happening never happened before i am worried
Please reply reason and not consult me on this that
