Convinced thr ivf : first three month heavy omitting and nausea weight first month weight 47kg now 49.3. near to complete 6 months of pregnancy 23week 5 days . baby weight 500g which is correct as per the week . how to achieve weight gain ? doc said thats fine unless baby weight is correct u shouldn't worry . anomaly n nt scan is normal . heart rate :154

On an average pregnant women should gain 11.5 to 16kg ,but it differs to each individual according to their coomorbidities ,bmi and etc In frst trimester it is obvious bcz of vomiting weight gain won't be much If baby weight is apt to period of gestation weight gain of mother does nt matter Excessive weight gain is also bad
