My son is 1.4 yrs old is having very bad nose blocks, we have tried nasoclear saline spray, and saline nebs nothing is helping. It has been disturbing his sleep very badly. Any suggestion would help

Get nose clean by mucous sucker after putting Nasoclear,,,,Tminic drop 1 ml 8 hourly x 3 days
