0% progressive motility and 2-3% non pro

My sperm count is 105m/ml, sperm morphology abnormal 3%, puss cell is absent, BUT, progressive motility is 0% and non progressive motility is 3% CoQ10 will help me in this case? Please advise?

Hi.... With 0% progressive motility, the chances that CO Q 10 will improve it is highly unlikely... The cause of poor motility needs to be checked... A physical examination is required... U can consult me in Ruby Hall if u feel like...  Thanks
