Hi, last year for 3 months (October 2020 to December 2020) on and off I had this slight blood thing in stools but there was a tear in anal lining which was stingy so i thought maybe it's anal fissures. Didn't go to a doctor as it resolved. Now after few months, i have this upper mid abdominal pain with left abdominal pain since March 2021. It's a constant dull ache which sometimes radiates at back. It increases when i eat or drink. Also within the same time frame (March 2021 till present) i am also noticing a lot of yellow to brown mucus in stools. Is it something serious? Because everyone seems to say, don't worry about it. I had USG, it was fine.
