(PLEASE READ FULL )slightly throat block

I had fever on last month 18/4/21 to 26/4/21...on that time platelets was down, weakness, throat feel block and pain ..(rapid covid report was negative).... now platelets normal ... now no fever...but feel slightly block throat (sometimes feel normal),feel feet and palm little warm, like to use fan air in slow speed only (not use AC). Please Adivce for throat.
