I m 22 yrs old girl and m virgin...then why do sperm comes daily out of my vagina...is it natural..?

What you are saying is not biologically possible. I think what u think is sperms is actually vaginal discharge which is quite common.  If could be the normal secretions or can indicate an infection.  U can see a gynaec to confirm.
